The life of Colonel T Sreenivasulu (Retd) is a rare testament to destiny, discipline, and divine grace. As a Paramesti Guru in the sacred Shaktipat tradition, he now guides a global spiritual lineage. Yet, his path to becoming a master of Kundalini awakening was forged through decades of silent military service and a fated bond with his Guru that defied time itself.
A Train Journey to Destiny
The spiritual blueprint of his life was drawn under extraordinary circumstances, mirroring the dramatic turns of a classic cinematic tale.
In 1986, at just 15 years of age, a young Sreenivasulu boarded a train from Vijayawada to New Delhi. He was traveling north to attend a mountaineering course in Uttarkashi. By divine orchestration, sharing his compartment for the 24-hour journey was His Holiness Swami Sahajananda Tirtha Ji, who was returning to the Yog Sree Peeth Ashram in Rishikesh.
The teenage boy and the holy mystic spent a day together. The young Sreenivasulu even spent a night at the Rishikesh ashram before heading to the mountains. However, destiny immediately drew a curtain over this meeting. They parted ways, and the young boy entered a completely different world—one of rigorous military discipline.
The Two Lives: 32 Years on the Frontlines
Sreenivasulu entered the prestigious National Defence Academy (NDA) in Pune in 1988, followed by the Indian Military Academy (IMA) in Dehradun. In 1992, he was commissioned as a Lieutenant into the Infantry.
For over 32 years, he served across multiple operational, high-risk theatres of the Indian Army. As an officer, he adhered to strict military protocols regarding social media and public visibility. This enforced a life of absolute privacy, keeping him entirely out of the public eye.
Yet, the seed planted on the train in 1986 never died. Exactly 21 years later, in 2007, the universe delivered its promise.
Now an Army officer, he was visiting a friend’s house in Hyderabad. It was the house of his childhood friend, Dr VVSS Chandra Sekharam. At 9:00 PM, a guest arrived. It was Swami Sahajananda Tirtha Ji. The separation of more than two decades dissolved instantly. The very next morning, just hours after their re-encounter, Colonel Sreenivasulu received Shaktipat Deeksha (spiritual initiation through the transmission of energy).
The Himalayan Sadhan and Cosmic Awakening
Receiving Shaktipat in 2009, was the beginning of an intense internal battle. Recognizing his disciple’s unique disposition, Swami Sahajananda Tirtha Ji put him through rigorous foundational practices. While commanding troops, the Colonel performed holy hawans (fire rituals), chanted powerful mantras, and practiced advanced pranayama (breath control). Because of his military postings, he was living in the rugged terrain of the Himalayas—the perfect, isolated crucible for an awakening.
In 2009, he undertook profound, deep sadhan (spiritual practice) in the silence of the Himalayan peaks.
In 2014, seven years after his initiation, his Guru Ji commanded him to translate his profound inner experiences into words. This resulted in his first book, The Power Unknown to God (published as Parashakti in Indian regional languages). Written to explain the mechanics of Kundalini energy, this seminal work has since been translated into 24 world languages, touching lives across the globe.
The Evolution into a Paramesti Guru
In 2019, after twelve years of unwavering practice, Colonel Sreenivasulu received Shaktipat deekshadhikara—the divine authority to initiate others—from Swami Sahajananda Tirtha Ji.
Following his retirement from the Indian Army in 2025 as a full Colonel, he stepped completely into his spiritual mission. Over the years, he has given Shaktipat initiation to more than 300 disciples worldwide, cutting across lines of nationality, race, and religion.
True to his military roots of building leadership, his focus quickly shifted from individual initiations to training future spiritual masters. He has granted the authority to initiate (deekshadhikara) to 30 of his closest disciples, including foreign nationals.
Today, his impact has multiplied exponentially:
Generational Lineage: His own disciples have successfully initiated a third generation of seekers, reaching the status of Parama Guru. This elevates Colonel Sreenivasulu to the rare, venerated rank of a Paramesti Guru (a master who oversees multiple generations of active Gurus).
Global Footprint: Physical ashrams have been established by his followers in Lakhimpur Kheri (Uttar Pradesh) and Anantapur (Andhra Pradesh), alongside virtual, online ashrams serving a global community.
Modern Outreach: Transitioning from military silence to digital presence, he now hosts online Satsangs, podcasts, and a YouTube channel, explaining ancient Kundalini science in simple terms for seekers of all faiths.
Based in Hyderabad, India., Colonel T Sreenivasulu (Retd) stands as a unique bridge between two worlds: a man who mastered tactical warfare to protect his country, and who now masters spiritual warfare to liberate souls worldwide.
